You are considered a mug if you link more than one selection to gether in bets such as doubles, trebles etc, or if you bet more than once or twice a week!!

In a 1X2 bet on a single football match the Bookie will calculate the percentage chance each outcome i.e. 1=46% X=27% and 2=27% (average results in the UK) They will then "add" a percentage profit for themselves of about 12%(4% for each outcome)This means that with singles you lose at least 10% of the probability value before you start. You then have to take into account the impact of tax.
